Create an affine transformation based on input affine coefficients, source CRS, and target CRS.

The affine coefficients are expected in the following form,

Only 2D to 2D coordinate operations are supported so source and target CRS must both be 2D.

Coefficients

IMAGINE.Matrix, IMAGINE.Table

Coefficients of the affine transform that can produce coordinates in the TargetCRS given coordinates in the SourceCRS.

SourceCRS

IMAGINE.CoordinateReferenceSystemID

CRS of the source coordinates of the transform.

TargetCRS

IMAGINE.CoordinateReferenceSystemID

CRS of the output coordinates of the transform.

Invert

IMAGINE.Bool

Flag to invert the transformation. When this flag is true, the affine coefficients will be inverted and also the output CoordinateOperation will be created from TargetCRS to SourceCRS.
